Steganography is the practice of hiding files or messages in another file or message. One of the most useful tools is PicStealth, a free app from Microsoft.
Just enter your message in the box, turn on encryption, set a password, press Hide/Embed, and voila, now you too can be James Bond.
The app also extracts text as you can see.
